Who does the work
Junior facilitators or a partner you meet twice
A senior product leader in the room
Whether you are validating something new, deciding what to build next, or rethinking a product that has outgrown itself — we help you see the problem clearly before you spend the next six months executing the wrong plan.

How we help
Three situations. Sequential work, not a bundle: strategy first, then design.
Go from a hunch to a first version that is actually a bet, not a wishlist. We test the customer, the problem, and the assumptions that would make this expensive if they are wrong.
Too many ideas, competing stakeholders, no shared view of where the product goes. We separate what matters from what is loud, and leave you with direction the team can actually use.
Markets moved. Complexity piled up. Tweaking screens will not fix a product that is solving the wrong job. We assess what should stay, change, or die — then reset the strategy.
A redesign, an MVP, or another quarter of delivery will not help if the bet is wrong. We look at the product, the users, and the decisions the team is avoiding — and tell you what to do next, including if the answer is “don’t build that.” Typical diagnostic: 1–2 weeks.

Typical diagnostic is 1–2 weeks. A direction engagement is usually 3–6 weeks. Every product is different. The way we get from “what should this be?” to a brief the team can run with isn’t.
Product, users, constraints, and the decision you actually need to make.
Assumptions get tested. Sacred features get questioned. Politics get named.
What to build, what not to, and why. Scope, sequence, and the first proof.
A brief HYPE design or your team can run with. Advisory continues if you want it. We do not disappear into “let us know if you need us.”
Fractional support for founders and product leaders. Training stays on the live product — not a generic course.
Senior product judgment for a stuck roadmap, a transition, or a team that cannot decide. Specific problem or monthly fractional support — not a slide deck, not a shadow exec you never meet.
Sounds like you?
Build stronger product thinking inside the team you already have. Workshops, coaching, and mentoring on the live product — not a generic PM course.
Or maybe this?
If you already know what to build, you need design that owns the journeys — not another strategy cycle.
See Product DesignStrategy decides the bet. Design makes it usable. If you already know what to build, start on the Design page. If the room still disagrees on what, why, or where next, start here.
Yes, if that is the honest answer. We would rather lose a design project than help you decorate a bad bet.
No. You own the direction. Most clients continue because the handoff is already in one team — but the brief can go to your designers just as well.
No. New bets, stuck roadmaps, and products that need a reset. Strategy first, then design, as separate work.
It can be. Some engagements are a bounded diagnostic. Some are monthly fractional support while the team executes. It is not a full-time exec hire with a different title.
A shared view of the problem, what to build and cut, the first version or next sequence, and a brief the team can execute. Not a 60-page strategy novel. Typical diagnostic is 1–2 weeks; a direction engagement is usually 3–6 weeks.
