Agency Hype
Branding sprints

One system your site and product can share.

A four-week branding sprint for founders and operators. Logo, color, type, social templates, and a deck template. You own the files. The site and the product match once they use them.

The company is real. The brand does not look like it.

The logo, the site, the deck, and the product were built at different times, by different people. Buyers feel that before they read a word.

A logo that dies on a slide

Fine as a file, lost the moment it hits a deck.

A site that invented its own palette

The sprint sets the colors. A website build is what applies them.

Social that looks freelance

Every post is a new style.

A product that never got the system

The sprint does not reskin the app. It gives a later redesign the rules.

Every vendor left a version

Designers, agencies, and the last intern each added a mark.

A launch with nothing consistent

Raise, launch, or a new market, and the materials do not match.

How we help

A new brand, or a refresh

Same four weeks. You leave with one set of files, and a deck and social templates that already follow them.

New brand

No mark yet, or the one you have cannot carry the company. Two directions, then one set of files your team can use on a deck, on social, and later on a site or product.

Refresh

Whether the logo stays is decided in the audit, case by case. You leave with a system the site, deck, social, and product can share, so the next version of each starts from the same rules.

The team brand kit loads those instructions into Figma, Canva, and Claude Design, and sets up a social post, a slide, and a one-pager in each, ready to duplicate.

A website, a product, or an app is its own service. Booked with the sprint, they are priced as one engagement.

Before the sprint, diagnose.

Start with a brand audit.

The site, the deck, social, and the product should look like one company. The audit shows where they split, whether you need a new brand or a refresh, and whether the product bet is clear enough to start.

Who this is for

Founders and operators with a deadline and a brand that does not hold

A raise, a launch, a pivot, or a company that already looks like several companies. Product strategy comes first if the bet itself is still open.

Starting from zero

You need a mark and a system before the next public moment, not a six-month identity program.

Sounds like you?

The pieces no longer match

Something already exists. The job is a system those pieces can share, and a decision on whether the logo is part of it.

How the sprint runs

Four weeks. One decision-maker.

The clock starts at the workshop. Feedback comes back within 48 hours. One revision, on the direction you picked.

Workshop

Questionnaire first, then one working session. We map the touchpoints that disagree and choose the territories.

01

Directions

Two directions, shown in week two and far enough apart to choose. The decision-maker picks one within 48 hours.

02

Build

Logo variations, color, type, social templates, and a visual deck template. You bring the words.

03

Handover

One revision round, usage rules, and brand instructions the team can hand to a person or a tool. You own the files. If a committee takes over, the clock pauses.

04

The product is already clear.

The sprint ends with files. A website can use them next. Booked together, they are priced as one engagement.

You own the source files

Logo variations and usage rules, a color system, typography, social templates, and a pitch deck template. The deck is a visual template. You provide the copy, or we use generic content. You also leave with brand instructions: colors, type, and usage written so a person or a tool can follow them. You own the source files.

Four weeks, starting at the workshop. Week one maps the touchpoints and chooses the territories. Week two is when the two directions are shown, and when you pick one. Week three builds the system. Week four is one revision round and handover. An async questionnaire happens before the clock starts.

A new brand is for a company with no mark, or a mark that cannot carry what the company has become. A refresh rebuilds the system around the company so the site, deck, social, and product agree. Whether the existing logo stays is decided in the audit, case by case. Both take four weeks and end with the same kinds of files.

No. A website, a product, or an app is a separate service. If you book one with the sprint, they are priced as one engagement. The sprint itself ends with the brand files.

Those are add-ons, scoped before kickoff: naming, tone of voice and messaging, illustration, photo direction, motion, and a team brand kit. They are not part of the four-week core.

An add-on, scoped before kickoff. We load the sprint's brand instructions into Figma, Canva, and Claude Design: colors, type, and usage. The same three templates are set up in each — a social post, a slide, and a one-pager — so someone on the team can start from the system instead of a blank file.

One person on your side decides. Feedback comes back within 48 hours. There is one revision round, on the direction that person picked. If a committee takes over, the clock pauses until that person is deciding again.

The audit reviews the logo, website, deck, social, and product UI. You leave with where the system breaks, a recommendation of new brand or refresh, and whether the product bet is clear enough to start. If you continue into the sprint, the audit fee is credited.

Only if the product is still undecided. If the team disagrees on what you are building, start with Product Strategy. If the product is already clear, the sprint can start.

You leave with the files.

Logo, color, type, social templates, a deck template, and brand instructions your team can follow. A website, product, or app can follow.
