Senior product strategy for founders and product leaders — validate the bet, set direction, or reset a product that has outgrown itself, before you spend the next cycle executing the wrong plan.

## FAQ

### How is this different from product design?

Strategy decides the bet. Design makes it usable. If you already know what to build, start on the Design page. If the room still disagrees on what, why, or where next, start here.

### Will you tell us not to build it?

Yes, if that is the honest answer. We would rather lose a design project than help you decorate a bad bet.

### Do we have to use HYPE for design afterwards?

No. You own the direction. Most clients continue because the handoff is already in one team — but the brief can go to your designers just as well.

### Is this only for 0→1 products?

No. New bets, stuck roadmaps, and products that need a reset. Strategy first, then design, as separate work.

### Is this ongoing product leadership support?

It can be. Some engagements are a bounded audit. Some are monthly fractional support while the team executes. It is not a full-time exec hire with a different title.

### What do we actually leave with?

A shared view of the problem, what to build and cut, the first version or next sequence, and a brief the team can execute. Not a 60-page strategy novel. Typical audit is 1–2 weeks; a direction engagement is usually 3–6 weeks.

### Who is in the room?

Antoaneta Tsaneva leads this work. You talk to the person doing it.
